# BOLT Token

The BOLT token (BOLT) is a high velocity, in-game currency (ERC-20 Token) in Legends of Ludo. The BOLT token has an infinite supply, and is rewarded to users based on the outcome of gameplay.

The BOLT token is an essential part of the core game-design, and aims to achieve the following goals -> 

* **Play**: To be used to battle, upgrade and purchase NFTs 🕹
* **Breed & Craft:** To be used to create new Warriors and weapons 🛡
* **Rewards**: To reward players as they play games and contribute to the game💰

By participating in the Legends of Ludo, the community members add a tremendous amount of value to the network and should be rewarded.
